Congratulations on your Engagement!
We understand the importance of having a great venue to match your special celebration. The Pavilion has a dedicated team available to work with you to bring your plans and ideas to life. You can bring flowers, banners, balloons and decorate the room to make it personal to you.
We are happy for you to hire your own private entertainment, band/disco and caterers. Our venue has a licence to open until midnight, however should you wish to party for a little longer we can apply for an extension until 1.00 am for an additional fee.
The benefit of choosing The Pavilion for your Engagement party is that you wont have to look at any other places for your wedding reception!

A Tailor Made Celebration
Bring your own music or hire your favourite band or disco to add entertainment to your Engagement party. Let us know if you wish to party past midnight so we can arrange a licence extension for you until 1.00 am, for an additional fee.
Toast your engagement in style at The Pavilion, a beautiful intimate venue set in its own grounds in the local north Oxfordshire countryside 3 miles from junction 11 of the M40, Banbury. We are easy to access and have plenty of free car parking.
Our beautiful rural grounds have superb views across the beautiful countryside which is just perfect for photographing those special memories.
