Gala Dinners & Balls
Corporate, Charity, Family or Social?
At the Pavilion we host many Gala Dinners and Balls for both corporate and charity events. These have taken place either inside The Pavilion Suite and Bar or outside in our marquee overlooking the cricket pitch.
We are happy for you to hire your own private entertainment, band/disco and caterers. Our venue has a licence to open until midnight, however should you wish to party for a little longer we can apply for an extension until 1.00 am for an additional fee.

The Ideal Venue
The Pavilion is situated 3 miles from junction 11 of the M40 close to Banbury, so is easy to access and is set in its own beautiful grounds with plenty of parking.
The impressive first-floor function room is large enough to seat up to 100 guests, or 150 standing The ground floor Pavilion Bar can seat up to 32 guests or there’s room for 75 standing.
If you require space for larger numbers up to 250, we can provide a marquee overlooking the Cricket Field so we have ample space to accommodate your event.
