A retirement party is a perfect way of celebrating your achievements and sharing some memorable times with your family, friends and co-workers. Our beautiful venue, set in one of the most picturesque contryside locations, is available to hire for exclusive-use and our expert team can help with your retirement party planning.
You are welcome to decorate the room with a nice montage of places you have worked and photographs of colleagues past and present to evoke the memories of those sharing your special evening.
We are happy for you to hire your own private entertainment, band/disco and caterers. Our venue has a licence to open until midnight, however should you wish to party for a little longer we can apply for an extension until 1.00 am for an additional fee.
Start Your Retirement In Style
The Pavilion Suite can seat up to 100 guests and our fully licenced ground floor Pavilion Bar can be hired for buffet and drinks for up to 75 people standing, if you prefer a more informal atmosphere. You can have fun personalising the rooms to reflect the personality of the person retiring.
Our venue is located in the picturesque village of Bodicote, near Banbury in north Oxfordshire. We are approximately 3 miles from Junction 11 of the M40 The Pavilion has lots of free parking for your guests and beautiful rural grounds with amazing views across the Oxfordshire countryside.
